The leader of GAPUZ, the workers union for farm workers appealed to President Mugabe to stop war veterans and ruling party supporters from terrorising farm workers and employees of the union. He said his union’s officials were prevented from doing their work in Mvurwi and Karoi where an official had been badly beaten by war veterans.
